“Independent Filmmakers’ Association – South Caucasus” (IFA-SC) was established in Tbilisi, Georgia on September, 2005.

One of the major goal of the IFA-SC is to work establishing the film communities of the three countries of the South Caucasus so that they are a culturally and economically recognized sector of the society.

Film Director__

Ilgar Safat, the Film Director is also known as a poet and a rock bard. He was born in Baku in 1972. In 1995 he graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical University the faculty of Russian Language and Literature. Within the span from 1995 to 2000 he used to be published in a number of newspapers and literature magazines of Baku. He appeared on various stages in Baku and Moscow performing his own songs.
