"Narimanfilm" is a private film production company founded in Azerbaijan in 1993. Originally called “Nariman Interservice”, in 2005 the company was renamed as “Narimanfilm”. The company specializes in the production of films and videos and in providing advice on operational and legal aspects of film projects in Azerbaijan.

"Narimanfilm"'s art director is Mr. Ilgar Safat – screenwriter and film director, and member of the Russian Directors' Guild. So far, the company has produced 3 feature films – “Thousand” (2001, Moscow), “The Grandson of the Mountains” (2002, Baku) and “Peri Gala” (2007, Baku) – and four documentaries - “I Remember the Birds” (2002, Moscow), “On Green Pastures” (2006, Baku), “Return to Gobustan” (2007, Baku) and “My School” (2008, Baku). "Narimanfilm" is currently working on a feature film entitled “The Precinct”, which was shot in the autumn of 2008 in Azerbaijan.

"Narimanfilm"'s mission is active participation in the development of Azerbaijani cinematography through the training of professional human resources in the film-making sphere, along with the production of national documentary and feature films, their promotion in local and foreign markets, and the provision of legal support for film production projects.
